We’re only half way through February and we’ve hit some big milestones with our customer service team!

As well as celebrating 20 years of providing excellent service throughout Australia, our head of accounts Karen H has celebrated 15 years, of being a core part of our customer service team here at A1 Testing and Tagging. We also celebrate our latest addition to the customer service team with Catherine D joining us as our new scheduling co-coordinator, so a big A1 welcome to her!

Kickass Karen

Multiple office address relocations, numerous software updates and changes, Karen has been here and seen them all over the last 15 years with the A1 Team. Being the head of accounts, Karen is ensuring that all jobs are invoiced, reports created and processed, and everything sent out as soon as possible to each of our ever growing customer base. Starting with us back at what was the Monash Enterprise Centre in Hartnett Close, through to Westall Rd, Garden Rd, Hume St and back to what is now the Eastern Innovation Business Centre at Hartnett Close, Karen has ensured that all systems are go wherever A1 has been based. With our mascot Dash, Karen has spent time teaching him commands, with the aid of a treat of course!

Clever Catherine

Our most recent addition to the team, Catherine joins us as our new schedule coordinator, after working as customer service for David Jones. With a background in business management, Catherine is eager to get a handle on our customer’s requirements, and ensure our technicians are onsite to complete the task required.
