A1 Testing & Tagging have friendly customer service staff on standby between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to answer your online chat and assist you with any questions you might have.

We answer the telephone too – sounds silly but with so many automated press 1 for this and 2 for that, and answering machine services around these days, it can be hard to simply speak to a person who can answer your question.  Emily, Karen, Melinda, and Rachel are here to help you.  If you have a really curly technical question, we have a team of expert technicians who will be able to help with that too.

Quick quotes are part of our system, so just ask and we will put together a great quote for you and send it through in less than 10 minutes.

When you need to get your testing and tagging done, we will schedule your work with one, two or more A1 testers to come out to your location and get it done quietly and efficiently.  A confirmation of your booking will be emailed through with date and time, tester/s who will be coming to your site.  When the work’s all finished, you will receive with your invoice and two detailed reports:  Asset Register and Test Results showing location and description of each item tested.
